PSCCL is equipped with series of experimental apparatus involving sand production simulation, sand control optimization, sand carrying simulation, frac-pack well stimulation, integrity evaluation. the laboratory employs apparatus more than 20 installations with 300 m2. The laboratory has the full ability to accomplish the experiments on sand control and fluid-solid management.
PSCCL employs the following experimental apparatus:
■ Microscopic visual simulation system for sand production with weak-consolidated core
■ Middle scale visual simulation system for sand production with different well type
■ Large scale simulation platform of sand-fluid production profile evolution in heterogeneous reservoir
■ Visual simulation apparatus for sand retention and evaluation
■ Sand control simulation and evaluation system for high TP and thermal oil production
■ Experimental apparatus of solid particle feedback production in sandstone reservoir with fran-pack
■ Dynamic testing system of screen corrosion
■ Testing and evaluation system for screen erosion
■ Wellbore flowing simulation system for gas-liquid-sand multi-phase flow and sand carrying
■ Formation sand analyze and shaker
■ Rock properties testing devices
■ Imaging system for sand production and retention
